Western Highland Mortgage was founded in 1978, and provides private loans for development & construction, commercial real estate, agriculture, and more. It started out as a broker for individual investors and has morphed into a real estate investment fund. We are licensed by the CA Bureau of Real Estate #00656844, the California Department of Business Oversight Financial Lender’s License #607-2162 and #607-3352, and the Nevada Mortgage Licensing Division #1919. Our philosophy is that we are cheaper than a partner. If the loan doesn’t make sense for you, it doesn’t make sense for us.
