Truckee River Rafting, Tahoe’s original raft company! Family owned and operated since 1973. Experience a day on the Truckee River you won’t soon forget! Launching from Tahoe City, you’ll float along five miles of the serene Truckee River, landing at the River Ranch pond. Our commercial grade 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 person rafts are top of the line providing for a safe and easy rafting experience. Along the relaxing, self-guided trip through tranquil waters, you’ll experience scenic meadows, wild life, mountains and some small rapids. Each trip takes approximately 2-3 hours so be sure to bring along a small cooler with some snacks and drinks, (please no glass or Styrofoam). Don’t forget the sunscreen! Truckee River Rafting is fun for all ages (2 years and up) and will provide lasting family memories for years to come. When you are done head over to River Grill in Tahoe City for some great food and drinks!
