Northstar Cross Country Telemark & Snowshoe Center
Welcome to Northstar at Tahoe, a cross country skier’s paradise situated at an impressive elevation of 7,000 feet! With more than 20 scenic trails spanning over 35 km, this is the perfect destination for an unforgettable snowshoeing or cross-country skiing experience. Every trail is a minimum of 20-feet wide, providing ample room for skiers of all levels. Warming huts dot the area, and offer hot chocolate, hot tea, and picnic tables. The more than 35 km of trails are meticulously groomed.
The Center offers state-of-the-art equipment rentals, a sundeck, fire pits, and a large teaching area. It is located mid-mountain right next to the Vista Express Quad chairlift and can be reached using the Big Springs Gondola. Visitors with their own equipment and trail pass can use the Village Express Chairlift to directly access the trail system. Northstar Cross Country Telemark & Snowshoe Center is not dog-friendly.
