Chef Jean-Pierre Doignon offers diners a taste of France. You may choose the popular 5-course “prix-fix” menu or a la carte menu that is not limited to Asparagus soup, Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Baked Escargot, Braised Venison Osso Buco. The chef-owner makes everything himself, using only organically grown ingredients, and changes the menu almost daily.
