Lake Tahoe Body Solutions is located at The Sanctuary, a wellness center located in the beautiful and serene North Lake Tahoe. The Sanctuary consists of two parts – one half of the building is massage/acupuncture, and the other half is the yoga/pilates studio. Together, we form a wellness center dedicated to serving the local community and those who visit us from around the globe.
Come relax, unwind, and enjoy the ultimate mind/body experience from one of our highly trained and experienced massage therapists. We also offer acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and cupping for your well-being.
