Full Belly Deli was voted Truckee’s Best Deli and Best Catering! After opening its doors in 2007, it started serving up creative and tasty deli menu items that kept people craving more. Fully Belly Deli is known for serving large portions that are sure to fill your belly. Local favorites include the Dirka-Dirka and the Southwest Chicken pressed sandwich. How about a biscuits and gravy burrito? The creative staff can build you a tasty sub, wrap, pressed sandwich, salad breakfast burrito, bagel sandwich and more – all made to your liking.
Fully Belly Deli’s fresh bread is baked in-house daily with choices like jalapeño cheese, parmesan oregano, bleu cheese, and other traditional bread options. Full Belly Deli selects meat from Carson City Sausage Factory and uses local vegetables and cheeses when possible. The creative staff strive to treat each customer like family, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
