Eagle Point Campground
Eagle Point Campground offers some of the most gorgeous camp sites in Lake Tahoe. The campground is in walking distance to Lake Tahoe and offers a nice quiet beach overlooking the entrance to Emerald Bay and Lake Tahoe. Eagle Point Campground features Premium, Standard and Tent Only campsites and is traditionally sold out seven months in advance which makes for a rare opportunity to reserve a campsite in one of the areas most desirable campgrounds for the holidays, weekends and throughout the summer season. Unfortunately Eagle Point Campground does not accommodate RV sites.
Eagle Point Campground at Emerald Bay State Park is run by California State Parks. Choose from 100 campsites with faucets in the campground, paid showers, flush toilets, and dogs allowed with restrictions.
There a many campsites with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe which makes for a truly magical camping experience. The campground is close to many popular Lake Tahoe hot spots for hiking, beaches, Desolation Wilderness, sightseeing etc. There are several other nearby South Lake Tahoe camping and RV parks to choose from.
