Campground by the Lake
Campground by the Lake offers campsites for both tent camping and RV camping. Located across the highway from Lake Tahoe and El Dorado Beach which, this centrally located campground is minutes from the casinos and all South Lake Tahoe recreation. That being said many campers may not find this to be the ideal camping experience since the campground is in the heart of South Lake Tahoe and is not in a remote quite setting. On the plus side there is easy access to Lake Tahoe, restaurants and shopping. Camp sites with electric hookups are available in the A and B loop only . Sites without hookups are available in the C, D, E, and F loops. If you prefer camping outside the city area then preview the many other South Lake Tahoe camping and RV parks.
