North Lake Tahoe Sledding, Tubing and Snowparks

Lake Tahoe Sledding Tubing

Sledding, tubing, snowparks, oh my! What a better way to get the family out enjoying the Lake Tahoe’s brisk winter air and fresh new snow then a day at one of the local snowparks. Take pictures of the little ones as they shriek, giggle and laugh on down the hill. Some of the more popular Lake Tahoe tubing parks are Kingvale Tubing And Sledding Center, Northstar Tubing Center, and Squaw Valley’s SnoVentures™ Activity Zone. Many areas will charge a fee, but their fun runs and quick access to the top make up for it.

You can also hop in the car and find one of the free parks like Mt. Rose and the West Shore snow play area. Bring your own equipment and don’t forget the hot chocolate.
